SECURE YOUR WATER RIGHTS!!
|All Montana residents need to be informed about the looming threat to their water rights. There is a group of people in Lake County who are working hard to help all residents of western Montana to understand what they need to do as individuals to protect the water rights associated with their property.Predictably the process to file an objection, as determined by the Montana Water Court, is filled with “gotchas” that could cause your objection to be “disregarded.” If you value your water rights and you want those rights to pass with your property when you sell or leave it to your heirs, find out what you need to do to fight this potential theft. There will be three educational forums in Lake County on the dates shown below. All three forums will be the same presentation of facts and information designed to help as many landowners as possible, and the information presented applies throughout Montana.by Linda Sauer|
