This November, Montanans will vote in an important election for the Montana Supreme Court 🗳️
These races can sometimes feel distant or abstract, but the decisions made by our judges have very real consequences for families, children and communities across our state.
I know that because I have lived it.
I never imagined I would have to fight this hard for my children.
I’ve sat in both courtrooms.
I know the difference I experienced.
This is my story and this is why I’m supporting Judge Dan Wilson for Montana Supreme Court.
I’m sharing it because I know how many families enter the court system during the hardest seasons of their lives… and because I don’t want another family to feel as though they have to fight as hard as I did… simply to be heard.
I’m grateful for the way Judge Wilson handled my case and I’m proud to share my experience.

Person Behind the Testimony
Kelli Trontel is an entrepreneur, photographer, writer, worship leader, and single mother of two. She grew up in Southern California and spent significant time in Arizona and Tennessee, so warm weather defined much of her life.
In 2010, her life path brought her to Whitefish, Montana, where she opened The Red Caboose, a coffee and frozen yogurt shop. The business earned attention from HGTV, House Hunters, and Nat Geo Travel.
After seven years, however, her life took a sudden and unexpected turn. Kelli had already endured the deaths of both her parents and her younger sister when, in 2018, her marriage ended without warning. She found herself raising two children on her own, grieving deeply, and wrestling with pain from the court system that she talks about in her video.
Today, she trusts Jesus Christ as He continues to rebuild her life. Through her writing and her voice, she reminds others that the Lord’s grace and goodness remain steady, even through grief and disappointment. She loves telling the story of how God has carried her family through hard seasons.
Kelli pours her creativity into storytelling, photography, meaningful content, and leading worship. Above all, being a mother gives her life direction and purpose.
