Flag waving – June 9
To those who have been able to catch the movie telling ‘the origin story of the greatest country in history’, it is abundantly clear why we must do all we can to Keep the Constitutional Republic our Founding Fathers and the American people of their times fought so hard for with heartbreaking sacrifices. Show your love for the country by proudly waving the flag with respect for what it stands for! We will pump up passers-by ahead of the June 27th celebration and the big parade day of 4th of July at the corner of Hwy 93 and First St, Tuesday June 9 and 23, 4 pm to 5:30 pm. Stand United! Extra flags will be available in case you don’t have one to bring with you. (Reminder, the nearby bank parking lot needs to be left for those doing their banking!)

More flag waving! – June 11
Even as we prepare for a remarkable milestone in American history, celebrating the great nation that has been able to survive 250 years as a Constitutional Republic with freedom of religion, expression, and pursuit of happiness, and so much more, we must find ways to KEEP it. We must exercise our freedoms and not take them for granted. America is under attack, and we are at war against those who are not America First. The Thursday flag waving will be geared towards bringing awareness to the issues we are facing TODAY.
We’d love to invite everyone on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, 4:30-6pm, to come join us in waving flags, signs, sharing smiles or come and just jump around being happy! Place: sidewalk on Hwy 93 in front of First Interstate Bank. Sit in a chair holding a sign or flag. Bring support flags, signs, shirts and hats for ALL Law Enforcement, military, Trump, Veterans, Pro Life. Wear shirts and hats that express where you stand. All we ask is no profanity please. If you don’t have a sign or flag, we have extras you may borrow. Our purpose is to be proud of our country and what we stand for and to have Fun interacting with those driving by expressing that.
(Reminder: save the parking spots in the bank lot for their customers.)

In case you missed it:
Tyler Irwin instilled his listeners with memorable thoughts once again.
This time at the LCRW meeting June 1. Tyler described the feelings you experience in a race car in a very vivid way. An experience that actually mirrors life’s highs and lows. If you want to succeed as a race car driver, you must do everything to strive for a perfect run. LIFE is very much like that: a race worth running well. Just like racing, you must approach life with DISCIPLINE.
Tyler strives to set an example for children, just like a race car driver once set an example for him that helped him pursue his passion for running good races with focus on the details. Children are the FUTURE, a heritage from the Lord, Tyler says.
Tyler is the kind of example all children should have in their lives. Tyler’s principles are undisputably worth the sponsorship Lake County Republicans chose to support him with. Come see him race! Next Late Model race at the Super Oval off North Reservoir Road is on June 20th. Trials at 6, races starting at 7 pm.

Lake County Republicans welcomed primary candidates – Kurt Alme and Aaron Flint – at the Shoe in Polson on May 29th.
Please note how good they look in the shirts donated by Michael Thompson. The T-shirts are a fundraising effort for the Lake County Republicans organized by LCRW, the women’s club. Find an opportunity to buy your own at an event or meeting!

On May 4, Judge Dan Wilson visited with attendees of the LCRW meeting.

It became obvious, once again, that the Montana Supreme Court is using its power for judicial activism. A recent example is a ruling allowing people to change their gender on driver’s licenses or birth certificates regardless of their biological gender. That is erasing words of the 1972 constitution and breaks a cardinal rule: it is the People that have the right to make laws or changes to the constitution, not judges.
You must follow the Law as a judge. You do not CREATE it!
Common sense must prevail in Montana.

Great turnout for Charles Garner on March 13 and again on April 6! 31 attendees participated at the Republican Women’s meeting Monday.
Now it is up to us to disseminate the great information penned and spoken by this patriotic author! Minutes posted on the ‘Pachyderm Club’ page. Excerpt:
Plan on attending meetings if at all possible with your schedule. There is so much to know and learn. Your part in promoting what you learn could be as simple as telling your friends all about it!
Get involved!
Attend meetings to see how you can help. The wins we now celebrate can be attributed to people who put their hearts into the fight. There are so many ways YOU can contribute!
