The RINO representation in the District of Columbia seem to be accepting Judge Jeanine Pirro in place of Eagle Ed Martin as US Attorney. We will see how that works out for them. She can use our support too! (@JudgeJeanine)

Volunteers Help Improve Local Governance

On April 25, Larry Ashcraft presented results of the audit a group of volunteering citizens is performing on Polson City.

Larry Ashcraft spoke to a full room at the Pachyderm Club meeting yesterday. It is already obvious that those who are most affected by decisions made by the City Council, for example, can bring about change just by being vigilant, asking questions, and keeping an eye on what is being done and how it is being done. Be sure to thank Larry and his four fellow committee members for volunteering their time for all Polson residents! Without the volunteers, the City Council would have had to appoint their own auditors to audit them… This audit was voted for by the residents.

This summer there will be two public meetings for residents to participate in. The audit commission is inviting residents to contact them with concerns. Minutes of the presentation at the Pachyderm meeting will be available soon on this website under “Who We Are/Pachyderms”.

Consider Becoming a Member with a VOTE to Decide!

In its meeting April 2 the Central Committee had the need for more precinct captains on the agenda. Many precincts have vacancies for deciding members! YOU can have a vote to determine matters that affect the future of our county.

Great Work by Montana Citizens Action Group! Join in!

The warriors who have been working hard for our water rights are expanding their reach! Now under the new name of Montana Citizens Action Group (MTCAG).

Here is an update from Julie Reffner – who together with her husband received the Chamber of Commerce volunteer’s award. Not suprising, Julie! Check out what Julie, Linda Sauer, and others involved in the group have accomplished for us now:

“HI Everyone,

          First of all, attached is a letter that we have sent out to President Trump/Elon Musk and over 80 other government officials/news personalities about the financial impact that reservations have on the US economy.  Please feel free to edit the letter as you feel is needed, and send it to the DOGE team and other government officials.  The more people who send similar letters, the more of an impact it will have with DOGE!  A list of addresses can be found here:  http://saveflatheadlake.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Government-officials-addresses.pdf
          We have a new email account that I will be using going forward.  The email address is: citizens@mtcag.org.  This account will be monitored by me so please send any communications to this account.  I will still respond to emails sent to my personal account but prefer that over time we transition to use the new account.  I am hoping that we will have some help responding to the emails as well so you may get a faster response. Please do not delete emails from this account thinking that they are spam or junk – they are not!  One more thing, I may still use my personal account periodically due to the fact that I get put in “email jail” for sending out so many emails in a day.  Having a couple of accounts that I can use enables me to stay on top of the emails to be sent out, or at least try to!
           We have also decided to expand the usage of our “Save Flathead Lake” website (http://saveflatheadlake.com/).  We do not want to delete the site or the domain in case we need to use it in the future, so we decided to expand the scope and usage of the site.  The site is being worked on, but as new content is added we will communicate to you via the new email address when there are updates.  If there is content that you feel should be added, please let us know.
           I am also happy to share two podcasts that Linda Sauer completed with Elaine Willman who is an author and has extensive knowledge in the US/tribal relations.  Please do not hesitate to share with everyone you know.  The more people who are aware of what is going on, the more people we will have in this fight!  The links are located on the website at:

One Nation Under God – Divided

   Doge has been auditing and cutting waste, fraud, and abuse out of many government agencies. As most have known, there was many kickbacks, money funneling and outright fraud taking place.

    It’s said that when people begin to scream you must be over the target. Many organizations claiming to be churches have funded themselves with tax dollars bringing in illegals and worse as they walked on the other side of the street for those in need in our own country. Not only have their parishioners tithed to these organizations/churches but then these people paid their taxes to fund them as well. How many poor vets and single mothers have been allowed to die laying on our streets and benches in our cities as these organizations brought in more people? The sad disgusting thing about this is that they did it in the name of God. What happened to separation of church and state? God does have an immigration policy, and He also put borders on the countries and cities for a reason.
    So well funded and yet still poor?
    How many people have screamed about the rich paying ‘their fair share’? How many have wanted all the homeless to be housed and fed? How many have said we need to care for our poor? All the while, we have seen abuse of the system over and over by those who are demanding these programs. It was recently said that Tribes are now scared their funding is being taken. What if they don’t pay into the system they take from? Whose fair share should be disbursed to care for people who don’t contribute? We can see all kinds of empty buildings that are owned by Tribes and yet there never seems to be enough to house people. Tribes have received countless millions and yet it’s still not enough to pull the people out of poverty. Federal spending increased by 99 times or more, but what about per capita checks? (updated-financial-summary). Water rights settlements and other federal funding (climate resilience, infrastructure, environmental justice) in not a very distant past add up: $157,000,000; $37,000,000; $250,000; +? AI generated search results show astounding figures, but they are not auditable.
    Medical procedures are said to go denied and the county is made to house many criminal tribal members at the taxpayers’ expense as the Tribes and prisoners sue the county for not having enough space to house all the people. This double standard must end if there is ever to be equality. There is never going to be peace between the people when standards aren’t the same for all. Let’s not even get into the per cap checks handed out quarterly just for being alive. People have just been told that because of the funding cuts President Trump is allowing we are now once again ‘causing harm’ to the natives. There is no other group of people so well funded and yet still poor. Joe and Jane taxpayer’s taxes were sent to Ghana for transgender support. Our Joe taxpayer vet sleeps in his wheelchair in downtown _______ (fill in the blank) hoping to qualify for help while we funded sex changes on mice.
    Division due to manipulation of the marginalized
    People should be tired of the double standard and tired of those who don’t contribute, who cry around about the rich paying their fair share. If we don’t all become ONE NATION UNDER GOD, we will certainly collapse under the weight. There is no one nation under the current system. We are divided. That is how we have been robbed blind by the unethical agenda we have endured till now. These people have taken the marginalized and the minorities and manipulated them to enrich themselves. In contrast, the enrolled adult members of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community received approximately $1 million per year from casino profits in 2012. The included link is a story about this fact.
     The article on the 5 richest tribes below shows just how much we have been funding these communities who don’t need it.
     Questions that need to be asked…
     So, tribal members on the Flathead Reservation who live in substandard housing need to ask themselves and their tribal council why that is and why they may be denied medical procedures and why they have been given only small per cap checks when these other tribes are so much richer. Then tell American taxpayers why the funds given to their Tribes has not been enough.

‘America’s Worst Court’

Great reminder from a Lake County resident about why Montana citizens need to continue to fight judicial tyranny.
