HB 316 in Limbo? Personhood at Stake

    ProLife Montana:   Personhood HB 316 still has not been brought before the House for a vote even though it passed the House Judiciary Committee over a month ago (2/6/2025).
Referendum Bills like HB 316 can still be brought forth after transmittal.

Please contact MT Speaker of the House, Brandon Ler, and politely urge him to PLEASE allow Personhood HB 316 to be brought to the House floor for a vote.

I recommend you contact House Speaker Ler three ways:

1. WEBMAIL: see instructions below and insert Brandon Ler’s name
2. Email Brandon.Ler@legmt.gov
3. Call Monday through Wednesday next week 730am-430 pm and leave a message on the number 1-406-444-4800 leaving a phone message specifically for House Speaker Brandon Ler
